Christmas in the Country at Cracker Country 2026

Saturday, December 12, 2026 · 10:00 AM

Cracker Country living history museum, Florida State Fairgrounds, MLK Boulevard entrance, Gate 2 · Florida State Fairgrounds · Tampa

A one-day country Christmas at Tampa's living history museum, with ornaments, pioneer demonstrations and advance admission.

Explore an old-fashioned Florida Christmas December 12, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., with seasonal decorations, music and hands-on history across Cracker Country's 13 historic buildings. Make holiday ornaments and see pioneer chores such as butter churning and washboard laundry. Admission is $16 for ages 12 and up, $14 for seniors and $12 for ages 6-11; ages 0-5 enter free. Advance tickets are required, with no onsite ticket sales. Candle dipping, rope twisting and indigo dyeing cost an additional $2 each. Use the MLK Boulevard entrance and Gate 2; parking is separate, $10 online or $12 onsite. This is a single museum event, not Plant City's Christmas Lane or an assumed daily holiday season.

One of our hand-picked Tampa Bay highlights. Dates and times come from the organizer and can change. Confirm on the official page before heading out.
