Safety Harbor's free Main Street Trick-or-Treat runs October 30 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. according to the host city's calendar. Main Street closes to vehicle traffic from Bayshore Boulevard to 9th Avenue while participating businesses, organizations, City Hall and Fire Station 52 hand out treats.
