Palm Harbor Halloween Carnival 2026

Free trick or treating and optional paid haunted-chapel, hayride and inflatable activities in downtown Palm Harbor.

Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation brings its Halloween carnival back downtown on October 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. Community vendors offer free trick or treating, while the haunted chapel, hayride and inflatables require a paid wristband. The organizer lists a $10 activity cost; check its current ticket options before buying. Food and drinks are separate purchases. Choose this for a community carnival rather than a late nightclub party, and follow the event signs around Harbor Hall and the White Chapel.
