Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT . Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
