Job Summary The Court Services division handles the court case work for both Circuit Court and County Court in Manatee County. The County Court has jurisdiction in cases up to $15,000 claim value, as well as misdemeanors, and criminal traffic cases. The Circuit Court has jurisdiction in cases greater than $15,000 claim value, as well as felonies in criminal court.
