Description DUTIES Provide skilled Physical Therapy services, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, under direction from the Registered Physical Therapist. RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services, which have been delegated by the PT.
