Rooms To Go seeks an IT Service Desk Analyst Level I to support our fast-paced retail and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from store, warehouse, and corporate users, resolving hardware, software, and network incidents via phone, chat, and ticketing tools.
