About the role
As a Maintenance Technician for the Publix Lakeland Fresh Kitchen you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the performance of a wide array of equipment. Our fresh kitchen employs more than 500 associates who assemble a variety of sandwiches, subkits and platters according to Publix’s demanding quality standards.
