If you're a highly organized marketing operations professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving processes, and collaborating across teams, this is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary owner and point of accountability for the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing projects, Adobe Workfront templates, reports, dashboards, workflows, and Cvent registration sites.
Partner closely with Event Planners, Creative Project Managers, Product Marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, align expectations, and ensure timely project delivery.
Build, maintain, and optimize event registration websites in Cvent, including registration logic, attendee experiences, content management, reporting, and communication workflows.
Support events through registration management, attendee reporting, mobile app functionality, badging, check-in processes, and 1:1 meeting coordination as needed.
Monitor project timelines, communicate status updates, proactively identify risks, and help teams navigate competing priorities.
Analyze event and project data to develop meaningful reporting, insights, and recommendations that help improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across Workfront and Cvent platforms.
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and best practices.
Stay current on new platform features, enhancements, and capabilities, serving as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for internal teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Meet attendance and punctuality standards.
