Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA) is seeking a full time Transition Specialist to work onsite at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Zephyrhills. This position will also perform duties as an alternate Logistics Transition Specialist to work within the local area while performing Logistics Courier duties.
