Description SUMMARY The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible for conducting Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations, Physical Health Assessments (PHAs), Department of the Interior (DOI) examinations, and related claimant evaluations for veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, and other designated populations within the clinic setting.
