• Assist with survey readiness, regulatory preparation, performance improvement projects, corrective action education, and follow-up training related to Florida requirements, Joint Commission standards, accreditation expectations, and organizational policy.
• Collaborate with hospital nursing leadership, clinical leaders, quality and compliance teams, medical providers, infection prevention, and interdisciplinary partners to promote safe care delivery, consistent practice expectations, and effective communication across programs and shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or other designated leadership.

• Skilled in professional communication, staff coaching, presentation, course coordination, education documentation, training compliance tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization of multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, responding to changing education needs, and supporting a culture of accountability, learning, compassion, and continuous improvement.
