SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for management of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the C-17 TS contract. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining an organizational structure that ensures effective technical and administrative execution of contract requirements to include AS9100 compliance.
