Summary The Service Coordinator coordinates and supports the service department by being a liaison between Technicians, Service Manager, Sales Department, and Customers. This position is also responsible for ensuring that service quotes and orders are accurately prepared and entered into the TriNova database and acknowledged by the appropriate parties, and ensuring that Field Technicians are deployed to work-sites in a timely manner.
