About the role
At FireHouse Subs we slice our Deli meat fresh daily. Slicer is required to follow par sheet, slicing what is needed. This process takes 1-2 hrs, so the slicer then works as a team member. Most locations slice in the morning. It is slicers responsibility to thoroughly clean the machine after using, and put it back together.
