About the role
The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will provide financial leadership to strengthen the association's long-term health, sustainability, and growth across multiple sites. Responsibilities include leading accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax compliance, while partnering with the CEO and Board to advance the YMCA's mission and strategic plan.
