About the role
1. Supports the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room under the direction of the Dining Room Manger or Director of Culinary Services. Offers evaluation on the quality of service and develops systems to maximize the efficiency of meal delivery while maintaining a pleasant dining experience. 2.
